Educating American Forces
Dr. Milnar is a regular, featured speaker on dental techniques for all branches of the military. He educates military personnel throughout the United States and abroad. He views sharing best practices with military dental professionals as his duty and commitment to the United States.

Dr. Milnar has taught in Tokyo, Japan, on the USS Kittyhawk, and recently lectured at a four day celebration for the Tri-Service Elite Division of Qualified Officers. He is frequently requested because of his direct, focused and high energy style of lecturing and his deep understanding and commitment to the advancement of modern dentistry.
